All our pies are 9-inch deep dish pies, and will easily serve 10-12 people. Maybe more after a big turkey dinner with all the fixin's.
Pumpkin - made with fresh pumpking from Snow's Bend Farm. A classic, and Mary's favorite.
Sweet Potato - made with fresh sweet potatoes from Vardamon, Mississippi.
Pecan - each pie contains an entire pound of pecans. Plus classic filling. But mostly pecans.
Sweet Potato Pecan - A layer of sweet potato pie topped with a layer of pecan pie. So if you can't make up your mind between sweet potato and pecan, this pie is for you. The best of both worlds.
Fudge Pecan - Constructed like the Sweet Potato Pecan Pie, but with a fudge bottom instead of sweet potato. The fudge has a brownie consistency. All you need to add is a little ice cream!
Bite size and gluten free, the shells are made with rice and tapioca flour.
We turned these shells into mini versions of our pies!
Enjoy a mini pecan pie, a mini sweet potato pie, and a mini fudge pie. Absolutely no flour added. The fudge tartlets are topped with ganache.
We will also have (semi) paleo pumpkin (with a maple/pecan glaze). Made with fresh pumpkin, coconut milk, farm eggs, and maple syrup. We call them *semi* paleo because the shells are made with rice flour.

Chocolate, with chocolate buttercream filling, covered in dark chocolate ganache and chocolate curls.
Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and pecans.
Strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream and white chocolate curls.
Coconut cake with coconut buttercream, covered in shredded coconut.
Coffee (pictured), vanilla cake dredged in coffee syrup, with coffee buttercream.

Our fruit cakes are ready! Full of dried and candied fruit and pecan halves, we've been bathing them in rum for over a month!
